My name is Dr. Tyler Almquist! I was born and raised in the Hutchinson area. Growing up, I always had a passion for sports and a love for people and animals. I didn't always know I wanted to be a chiropractor, but I did know, that I wanted to help people.
My first journey outside of high school, I thought I wanted to be a pharmacist. While working in the pharmacy, I got the chance to experience the "dark side" of healthcare. So many patients that were relying on pain pills to function, that I wanted to find other options. That is when I found out about the wonders of Chiropractic. After finishing my undergraduate programs at Hutchinson Community College and Wichita State University, I went on to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree along with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Cleveland University - Kansas City in the spring of 2019.​

Now, at Almquist Chiropractic, my mission is to enhance the health and well-being of the Wichita and surrounding communities through affordable, convenient and effective chiropractic care. I am committed to providing personalized, patient-centered care that address the root causes of symptoms and promotes holistic, natural healing. Life can be hard.. My Office is located at 8020 E Central Ave. Just east of Central and Rock intersection.
I am located on the bottom floor of the building at the west end.

New Patient Consultation
Daily Visit
New patient consultation will include initial consultation, comprehensive chiropractic examination, consulation and a life-changing first adjustment*.

Daily visit may consist of doctor/patient discussion of current problems, specific manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and/or therapeutic exercises. All dependent on each individual patient's needs.

*Outside imaging or diagnostics may be required prior to treatment. Treatment is always given with Doctor's discretion.
*New Patient Examination must be completed prior to scheduling daily visits.

No! My office is cash-based and does not require insurance. Itemized statements can be made available to insured patients.

I offer a variety of transparent plans and packages to get patients the care that they need at an affordable rate.

How quickly can I get in to see you??

I usually offer same-day and next-day appointments. My initial availability will be Monday-Wednesday but plan on opening up my schedule in the near future.
